The Space Cowboys is a special "scape board" for the meeples from Rampage.
This scape board accepts only grey meeples and the player who fills the scape board receives a new Secret-Super-Power card.
When the rocket is filled with (three) grey meeples, it allows the active player to draw an additional Secret Power and then the rocket becomes available to be filled again.
